The 23-unit building offers shared laundry and included covered parking per unit. The host is Hostme SAS, a company specializing in short-term accommodation management in Bogotá, with a team available to support guests throughout their stay. No pets allowed.
You'll be in a private studio in a quiet boutique building in Santa Bárbara, Usaquén. The space integrates a dedicated work area with desk, a full kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher, and a bathroom with shower tower — everything designed for a comfortable and productive stay. Access is autonomous with a digital code. The neighborhood offers tree-lined streets, nearby restaurants, a Sunday flea market, and easy access to northern Bogotá's main roads.
Guests have full access to their studio and free use of the building's common areas: shared laundry, covered parking, and walkways. Building access is controlled by a security system. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. onwards. Visitors are only allowed with prior registration on the reservation. Maximum 2 guests per studio.
Your host is Hostme SAS. Before your arrival you will receive all check-in information and the access code. During your stay our team will be available and attentive via WhatsApp and chat to support you with any questions or needs. If you require in-person assistance, we will coordinate it without any issue. Our goal is for everything to run smoothly from the start, with a real team behind you whenever you need it.
